Director of Correctional Health Division

Summary

Division Director based in Detroit. Provide strategic leadership for residential programs. Develop effective management teams, outcome measures, processes to collect and analyze data. Ensure contract compliance and lead continuous quality improvement efforts within programs. Program development and growth.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree preferably an MBA, MPA, or related degree with five years leadership experience. Experience with accreditation standards, criminal justice and/or mental health systems preferred. • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in: • Outcome measures • Staff management and evaluation • Record keeping and systems review • Program design, implementation, and management • Budget development and management; grant writing
