Outpatient Therapist
Location: Life Guidance Services (Grand Rapids)Summary
The primary duties of this position will be to provide individual, group, and family outpatient services including assessments and case management. Electronic records documentation is required.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work field and currently licensed by the State of Michigan as LMSW, LLMSW, LLP, T-LLP, LPC, or L LPC required. A current CAAC credential or MCPBAP developmental plan required. Experience with mental health, substance use disorders, and a familiarity with SASSI, ASAM PPC-2R, and Transtheoretical Model of Change are required. A minimum of three years professional experience in mental health treatment and/or substance use disorders strongly preferred. Able to be flexible in work hours to meet client needs.
